Serdica Capital is responsible for the set up, investment management, investor relations, administration, compliance and regulatory oversight, and reporting services for the alternative funds under its management.

Currently Serdica Capital AD manages three funds:
Equity Investment Fund Serdica AD, Debt Fund Serdica AD, and Serdica Venture Capital Fund AD.

On May 17, 2022, Serdica Capital received a full AIFM license from the Bulgarian Financial Supervision Commission, covering also discretionary portfolio management services.
