Serdica Venture Capital Fund

The focus of our VC Fund is on businesses in the early stages of development as well as transfer of know-how / technology from scientific research organizations.

We look for startups with new value proposition, scalable business ideas, solid financial potential and exceptional teams. In selecting those we rely on leveraging experts to test product/solution offerings.  Proper analysis at this stage enables us to select appropriate know-how/technologies that can be successfully applied in industry and for which there may be real business interest.

Our strategy is to focus on investments in sectors that will perform well regardless of economic developments and whose services will be in demand in the next 5-10 years. To achieve optimal returns and diversification of the stock portfolio, depending on the market situation, the Fund invests in areas such as FinTech, IoT, Smart City, deep tech and artificial intelligence - sustainable investments that we assess as promising.

In Serdica Venture Capital Fund we amplify the ideas and founders we believe in by building a culture of collaboration and working shoulder-to-shoulder to bring their vision to life.
